F.A.S.T. GROUP TRAINING

F.A.S.T. (Form Agility Strength Technique) Group Training is a quick workout 30 minutes per session, 2 times per week for 1 month! Choose your OWN groups of 3 to 5 people!! Grab a group of friends, get a quick and challenging workout, and stay in shape all summer. Could it get any easier?

Mission: YOU Plus Program

NEW CLIENTS to PT with KT: Mission: YOU is designed to satisfy your cabin fever by getting you on your feet, informing you about your health, and starting your path to better nutrition and fitness right! a "Healthier YOU" consult with body measurements, body fat %, a blood pressure check, waist-to-hip ratio, body mass index, and a cardiovascular test; two training sessions per week for SIX weeks (12 total sessions) OR 12 weeks (24 sessions) , a nutrition consult, and, to mark your progress, a fitness and nutrition log book; and most importantly, goals tailored to your needs that will help you tone what you want to tone, lose what you want to lose, and feel like you want to feel! More time means more success!  

Bridal Boost Package

Do you want to look fabulous on your wedding day? 50-minute sessions of heart pumping, muscle toning, calorie burning workouts! We will do everything from boot camp sessions, kick boxing, and treadmill programs to get those muscle toned and looking the best they can for your special day! I will use a variety of different techniques, emphasizing ones that you enjoying doing. We will use the stability ball, resistance bands, kettle bells, dumbbells, and your own body weight for you to feel great! Want your bridal party to feel great too? We will arrange days and times for the wedding group to meet to complete a full body muscle tone classes! ***Payment plans are available.  

The First Step Package

A six-week program for new mothers! Designed to zap those post-pregnancy pounds, The First Step empowers women to regain their figures and confidence! With twice weekly sessions over six weeks, Katie will help you establish and satisfy your goals through nutritional and fitness training! The package includes: Body fat % measurements Body Mass Index (B.M.I) Waist-to-Hip ratio Muscle strength tests Cardiovascular testing Heart rate ranges Blood pressure reading Calorie needs to lose Two training sessions per week for six weeks (12 sessions) or 12 weeks (24 sessions), a nutrition consult, a fitness and nutrition log book, and, most importantly, goals and guidance as you juggle a healthy lifestyle with demands and joys of motherhood!

We will provide you with information on great tools to start or enhance your exercise routine.
